The end of the old year, and the beginning of this new year have been beautiful, but very cold.

It’s been a relatively warm and cloudy month – not good for making solar power, but great for working on outside projects.
The fall colors have arrived, and now the changing temperatures have brought rain, and misty, cloudy days. It looks like this week will be sunnier, so maybe we can get some more outside work done.
It’s the time of the spring when there are new flowers everywhere.
We’ve been getting rain, instead of snow, for the last few weeks, we’ve seen the first butterflies, and the Wood Frogs are calling – sure signs of spring.
It was -21F this morning when we took our walk. But with no wind, and a clear sky. November was warmer and sunnier than usual, but winter really started in December, bringing snow and some very cold temperatures.
It’s been a spectacular month – with dramatic clouds and sun, and brilliant leaf colors.
It’s gotten to the time of year when I have more photos than time to post them. I only have time for computer projects when it’s raining.
