Caterpillar food: Bidens spp., ragweed, and smartweed (Polygonum spp.) (Bugguide)
Looks very similar to Eucosma parmatana. In Epiblema otiosana the silvery white blotch extends down in two distinct lobes. In Eucosma parmatana, the blotch is more diffuse and has less distinct edges. (description adapted from Aaron Hunt’s description on Bugguide)
