Olethreutes fasciatana – Banded Olethreutes

This species is very similar to Olethreutes undulana.  According to JD Roberts, one way to tell is by the color of the fringe.  In O. fasciatana the fringe is black at the apex, then has 3 bands of black and white.  In O. undulana the fringe is pale gray.
