We didn’t do any projects on Sumac Prairie this year – no mowing or clearing at all.  I did go up to look for Northern Flower Moths several times in September and found a few moths each time.

9/10/2019  This is the woods below the remnant prairie.  It’s fairly open in many places, but there’s lots of non-native brush and many small trees.  Our plan – eventually – is to have those cleared out so it can turn back into a savanna.
