Parectopa

The caterpillars of these moths are leaf miners.  The host plant needs to be known to be able to identify them to species.

9/20/2017 – Possibly one of these: Parectopa plantaginisella (Plantago),  P. robiniella (Robinia or Desmodium), P. pennsylvaniella (Asters), P. geraniella (Wild Geranium), P. occulta (Clover – Melilotus).   (Microleps.org) (Bugguide)
