This species is very similar to Lithophane hemina. Kyle Johnson says: “the wing angle can be misleading regarding the subreniform dark rectangle……you can see a jagged “tooth” project downward by over half the length of the rectangle in hemina; hemina also has a noticeably more “streaky” wing texture.”
