Buffalo Ridge Prairie 2015

This year we tried a mowing experiment.  The northern part of this prairie has gotten very grassy, with big patches of non-native bluegrass.  We tried mowing one of these areas in late August to see if that would make a difference.  I added small amounts of prairie seeds in the mowed area.
