This year we mowed the trail through the prairie, and I spent about a week pulling and treating St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) – a very stubborn invasive.   I also sprayed Bird’s Foot Trefoil (Lotus corniculatus), which has invaded the lower part of the prairie, mostly along the edges of the lower path.
