Very similar to Antaeotricha schlaegeri but smaller, and with a lighter thoracic tuft. Also, Steve Nanz on Bugguide says that the dark unconnected spot along the costal margin is close to and sometimes connected to the next spot. In A. schlaegeri that spot is either absent or not well defined. (Bugguide)
