Caterpillar foods: leaves of coniferous trees (Bugguide)

I’ve only seen a few of these moths – possibly because we have very few coniferous trees.  But we do have some planted pine and spruce, and red cedars on the remnant prairies.  It would be interesting to know which coniferous tree leaves they eat.  Most records are from southeastern states, but there are several other records of this species from eastern Iowa and southwestern Wisconsin.
